Patty Ruedisueli empowers buyers with knowledge and confidence every step of the way. With more than 27 years of experience in the banking industry, she guides clients through the loan process from preapproval to closing. Passionate about helping others navigate the path to homeownership, she also shares her expertise by teaching first-time homebuyer classes.
For the past 25 years, Mellissa Sherman has helped individuals and families achieve their homeownership goals. She prides herself on tailoring loan solutions to best meet her clients’ needs while building lasting relationships. Mellissa works diligently to ensure a smooth transaction from application through closing.
