Michelle Carpenter considers her passion for others, experience in the banking industry, and the ability to become a trusted advisor to many a true gift. Having spent 26 years as a community banker for Dart Bank, and currently serving as the Vice President of Business Services and Investor Relations, building relationships is what it’s all about! Michelle partners with local businesses, assisting them with the right business solutions for their unique situations, to help them proposer and grow. She also manages the Shareholder Affairs for the bank.
Outside of the bank, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, golfing, and exercising. Michelle is very active in several local organizations and enjoys giving back. She is currently the Treasurer and the Membership Coordinator for Holt Business Alliance.

Nicole has been with Dart Bank since 2016 as the Office Manager and most recently AVP/Treasury Management Officer. She brings with her 18 years of financial services experience. Prior to joining Dart Bank, she worked for various financial institutions holding many different roles, specializing in business banking.
Nicole is an alumna of the Lansing Chamber of Commerce’s Lansing Leadership 2018 class and is part of the Perry School of Banking class of 2020. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from Davenport University and attended Central Michigan University for her Master of Science degree. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys attending Michigan State University football and basketball games and spending time with her family and friends at the lake.

Kim started with Dart Bank in 2005 as the Office Manager of Holt/S Lansing office. Kim came to Dart Bank with 20 years of banking experience in consumer lending and business services. Kim loves working with the communities in which she serves and giving back to them. In 2008 the Holt Education Foundation presented Kim with an Outstanding Community Member Award.
Kim enjoys being part of the Kiwanis Club, Holt Education Foundation Board, Holt Dimondale Business Alliance and serves as the Delhi Township Old News Boys coordinator.
Kim received her Associates in Business Administration at Muskegon Business College. Graduated from Robert M Perry School Of Banking and has received numerous certificates through American Bankers Association over the past 25 years of her banking career.
