Experienced Risk Leader Tahiti Anderson Joins Dart Bank as Vice President, Director of Risk Management
Anderson brings 15 years of risk and compliance experience across banking and RegTech to fast-growing community bank
MASON, Mich., July 9, 2025 – Dart Bank is pleased to welcome Tahiti Anderson as its new Vice President, Director of Risk Management. With 15 years of experience in risk and compliance across financial institutions, RegTech firms, and community banks, Anderson brings a unique blend of strategic insight and practical expertise to the role.
Most recently, Anderson served as Vice President, Enterprise Risk Management Officer and Model Risk Manager at Tennessee-based Thread Bank, where she also led the implementation of LogicGate, a leading governance, risk, and compliance platform. Prior to that, she worked as a Senior Third-Party Risk Analyst at a community bank, where she expanded her role to include enterprise risk, model risk, and fintech oversight.
Earlier in her career, Anderson led risk platform implementations and managed client projects at Strategic Risk Associates (now SRA Watchtower), supporting institutions with assets ranging from $500 million to $320 billion. She also helped establish enterprise-wide risk and model risk frameworks at a $15 billion community bank.
