Dart Bank Promotes Melanie Squires Vice President, Treasury Management Sales Operations Manager
Experienced banking professional to lead treasury management operations.
MASON, Mich., May 28, 2026 – Dart Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Melanie Squires to Vice President, Treasury Management Sales Operations Manager. Melanie joined Dart Bank in 2011 and returned in 2025, most recently serving as Officer Manager and Treasury Management Officer.
In her new role, Melanie will oversee all aspects of the Treasury Management Operations division and help drive the vision and execution of strategic initiatives that support efficiency, client service, and continued growth.
With 25 years of banking experience, Melanie has built a well-rounded background spanning consumer lending, commercial loan support, retail banking and management, business banking, treasury management sales, and cash management. Known for her relationship-first leadership style, she brings extensive operational and client-focused expertise to the role.
Melanie is a graduate of the Perry School of Banking and member of the inaugural Leadership Lansing class. She also serves on the board of Junior Achievement of Mid-Michigan, supporting financial literacy and youth development, and volunteers with the Capital Area Humane Society.
