Kayla Lintemuth Named Recipient of Community Bankers of Michigan Rising Star Award
Commercial Loan Servicing Manager recognized for career growth, leadership, and commitment to the community.
MASON, Mich., September 24, 2026 – Dart Bank is pleased to announce that Kayla Lintemuth, Commercial Loan Servicing Manager, has been recognized with the Community Bankers of Michigan Rising Star Award. The award celebrates individuals who are making an impact in banking and their communities while building the skills and experience to become future leaders.
Since joining Dart Bank in 2019 as a Personal Banker, Kayla has taken on new opportunities and increasing responsibilities. During the pandemic, she stepped in to assist the Commercial Loan Department with PPP loan processing, helping the team navigate an unprecedented period. That experience led to her transition into commercial lending and ultimately to her current role, where she helps guide the department’s operations and continued development.
“Kayla has shown us what it is looks like to grow into leadership by taking on challenges, learning from them, and finding new ways to make things better,” said Jill Raab, VP/Commercial Loan Operations at Dart Bank. “She has made a real difference in our Commercial Loan Servicing Department, and her commitment to developing herself and supporting others is just as impressive. We’re excited to see where her career takes her next.”
In her current role, Kayla has helped strengthen the department through process improvements, collaboration with the Bank’s IT team and work with vendor partners to introduce new products and services. Her efforts have improved efficiency and supported a stronger customer experience.
She also invests in the growth of others as well as in her own professional development. As Vice President of Public Relations for Dart Bank’s Toastmasters Club, she encourages fellow members to build their communication skills and confidence. She is also participating in the Michigan Bankers Association Perry School of Banking, further preparing for the opportunities ahead in her career.
Outside of work, Kayla volunteers with organizations including Red Nose Ruckus, the Tri-County Office of Aging’s Meals on Wheels program, and Old Newsboys. She also leads the Bank’s participation in the Special Olympics Golf Outing and serves as President of her golf league, demonstrating the same passion for leadership and service that defines her professional career.
