Jeff Hicks joined Dart Bank in March 2020, and guides our commercial banking division with over three decades of banking experience. Over the years, he’s worked with multiple national-reaching financial institutions, helping businesses and individuals navigate their financial journeys.
A graduate of Alma College with a degree in Business Administration, Jeff went on to earn his MBA from Michigan State University. He’s also an alumnus of the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking, where he completed the Wharton Leadership Program at the University of Pennsylvania.
Beyond banking, Jeff Hicks is passionate about leadership development and enjoys working closely with small business owners to support planning and help them succeed. He’s been actively involved with several organizations and non-profits in the Greater Lansing area, including the Entrepreneur Institute of Mid-Michigan, the Clinton Task Force on Employment, and the Whitehills School Association.
