Dart Bank Celebrates Consecutive Years of Top Workplace Recognition
MASON, Mich., November 25, 2025 – Dart Bank has been recognized as a 2025 “Michigan Top Workplace” by the Detroit Free Press, the outlet announced. This is the fifth time that Dart Bank has earned this honor — and the fourth consecutive year — having also been named a Top Workplace in Michigan in 2024, 2023, 2022, and 2017. In 2022, Dart Bank was also recognized with the Culture Excellence Award for Employee Well-Being.

The company’s recognition was based on an anonymous employee survey conducted by Energage, LLC, a research and culture technology firm that partners with the Detroit Free Press to identify Michigan’s Top Workplaces each year. The confidential survey measures key aspects of the employee experience, including respect, support, opportunities for growth, and empowerment in the workplace.
