Over the years, he’s worked as a Loan Originator, Manager, and now Senior Vice President Mortgage Banker, enriching his expertise. Joe takes pride in the accuracy, speed, integrity, and phenomenal customer service of his work. Moreover, he loves what he does and is passionate about helping his clients find the best program that fits their individual needs and situations.
Joe has exceptional underwriting knowledge of all the programs available for the first-time homebuyer to the seasoned real estate investor. Dealing with a substantial self-employed clientele, he exhibits expertise in interpreting tax returns. Additionally, Joe has closed over $218 million in loan volume in just the last 5 years. He and his team ensure a smooth mortgage process, resulting in a 96% satisfaction rate from post-closing surveys.
While Joe currently resides in Dewitt, he was born and raised in Lansing, MI, and was a 1987 graduate of Lansing Catholic Central. He attended Alma College where he played football for four years and earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing.
