Joseph Sambaer graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and is a registered CPA. After graduation, he worked as an auditor for the International Accounting Firm KPMG and then moved to the regional firm Andrews, Hooper, and Pavlik. He joined the Dart Bank mortgage team in 2003, amassing two decades of expertise as a mortgage banker. His clients benefit from this experience, strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills, and his commitment to the success of his clients.
Joe serves as a founding partner on the Joseph Team alongside Joe Joseph, Sam Fata, and Maddie Maloney. Since 2005, The Joseph Team has led Michigan’s industry, committed to serving our community’s mortgage and financial requirements.
Additionally, Joseph Sambaer was born and raised in the Lansing area and is active in the community. He serves as treasurer and board member of the Greater Lansing Association of Realtors (GLAR), on the School and Finance Committee at Resurrection, and on the Board of the Italian American Club of Lansing. During his free time, he likes playing golf and ice hockey and cherishes moments with his family.
