Devyn Truitt joined Dart Bank in June 2020 as a Loan Transaction Coordinator, where she gained hands-on experience and developed a strong understanding of the mortgage process from application to closing. Working alongside Senior Mortgage Banker, Mike Unkovich, and the Unkovich Team, she built a strong foundation in mortgage origination while learning the importance of clear communication, attention to detail, and personalized service.
Through this experience and continued growth, Devyn transitioned into her current role as an Associate Mortgage Banker. Today, she partners with homebuyers and homeowners to provide thoughtful guidance, proactive communication, and a smooth, well-organized lending experience. She understands that every client’s journey is unique and takes pride in helping individuals and families secure home loans that fit their financial goals.
With a bachelor’s degree in education and prior experience teaching sixth grade, Devyn’s background shapes the way she serves clients. She understands the importance of breaking down information and guiding others step by step, ensuring clients feel supported and informed through the mortgage process.
Devyn resides in the Grand Rapids area with her husband, Jacob, their daughter, Elena, and their dog, Grizzly. Outside of work, she values family time and enjoys staying connected to her community.
