Dan manages the Holland and Grand Rapids loan production offices for Dart Bank. Dan previously oversaw offices for the majority of the State of Michigan for First Place Bank where he served as a Sr. Vice President. Dan has been recognized as one of the top producing Loan Officers in the country by Mortgage Originator Magazine, The Scotsman Guide, Origination News and Mortgage Executive Magazine. Dan has been quoted by multiple media outlets and is a published industry author and speaker. One of a handful of loan officers in the country with over $1 billion in personal loan production, Dan takes great pride in educating his clients. He is the host of the Homebuyer Radio Podcast which educates buyers and the home loan process.
Dan Moralez is a self-professed tech loving nerd. Whether it is building a website, shooting video or audio production, Dan loves anything to do with technology. Born and raised in Holland, Michigan. Dan is a life long native to West Michigan. Dan also enjoys spending time with family in Florida. He is the proud father of five wonderful children. Dan currently lives in Douglas, Michigan where he can enjoy being a tourist in his hometown.
