With over three decades of banking experience and a BA in Business Communication, Susan Crum became very interested in specialty banking. Her interest led her to spend time learning about the industry. She built the specialty banking program at a small credit union, where she supported the Massachusetts and Connecticut markets. Later, Susan joined the Dart Bank team in March of 2024 as a Specialty Banking Relationship Manager.
Susan Crum spends her free time volunteering as a yoga instructor in the community. She also enjoys kayaking, hiking, listening to music, and traveling.
