With 23 years of commercial banking experience, Phillip Weiss began his career in sales, then transitioned to commercial lending in the early 2000s. At Dart Bank, Phillip Weiss assists small and medium-sized businesses in financing commercial real estate, equipment, and working capital. He also specializes in SBA financing.

Phillip Weiss earned his bachelor’s degree from Eastern Michigan University in 1990. He enjoys spending time with his family in the gym and on his bike, walking his two Golden Retrievers, and playing bass guitar in a rock and roll band. He has served on many local boards and was a Rotarian for 12 years.
