Kim Harless started with Dart Bank in 2005 as the Office Manager of the Holt/S Lansing office. Kim came to Dart Bank with 20 years of banking experience in consumer lending and business services. She loves working with the communities she serves and giving back to them. She received the 2008 Outstanding Community Member Award from the Holt Education Foundation.

Kim enjoys being part of the Kiwanis Club, Holt Education Foundation Board, and Holt Dimondale Business Alliance and serves as the Delhi Township Old News Boys coordinator.

Kim Harless received her Associate in Business Administration at Muskegon Business College, graduated from the Robert M Perry School Of Banking, and received numerous certificates through the American Bankers Association in the last 25 years of her banking career.
