With over 24 years of Commercial Banking experience, Joe Pichla specializes in helping businesses secure financing, manage cash flow, and achieve long-term financial success. He transitioned into banking in the early 1990s after a successful career in sales, spending 11 years at former Citizens Bank before taking on leadership roles at Chase Bank, including Senior Commercial Relationship Manager and Mid-Michigan Area Manager.
Joe earned his bachelor’s degree from Saginaw Valley State University in 1991 and later completed his master’s degree in financial management in 2001. His expertise in commercial lending, treasury management, and strategic financial planning has made him a trusted advisor for businesses of all sizes.
Beyond banking, Joe Pichla is deeply involved in his community. He serves on the YMCA of Saginaw board and actively volunteers and fundraises for organizations like Junior Achievement, Salvation Army, and United Way. He also shares his financial expertise as an Adjunct Faculty member at Northwood University, teaching Financial Management.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with his family, golfing in warm weather, and hunting in the fall.
