Melanie Squires brings 25 years of experience in the banking industry to her role as VP/Treasury Management Sales Operations Manager. Known for her relationship-first leadership style, Melanie oversees all aspects of the Treasury Management Operations division and helps drive the vision and execution of strategic initiatives.
Throughout her career, Melanie has developed a well-rounded background spanning consumer lending, commercial loan support, retail banking and management, business banking, treasury management sales, and cash management. She spent nearly eight years with Dart Bank earlier in her career and is proud to have returned to a team that shares her commitment to personalized service.
Melanie is a graduate of the Perry School of Banking and a member of the inaugural Leadership Lansing class. She also serves on the board of Junior Achievement of Mid-Michigan, where she’s passionate about supporting financial literacy and youth development in the region. In addition, she volunteers with the Capital Area Humane Society, reflecting her commitment to community involvement and animal welfare.
