Leia Cooper-Rigg joined the Dart Bank family in 2015, spending seven years on our Human Resources team before transitioning to Treasury Management in 2021. She brings a deep passion for understanding businesses and creating tailored financial solutions. In her role as AVP/Treasury Management Officer, Leia works closely with clients to help them optimize cash flow, streamline operations, and implement strategic solutions that support growth and long-term success.
A recognized leader in the banking industry, Leia is a past recipient of the Rising Leaders scholarship as a Michigan Bankers Association delegate to the American Bankers Association, and she has spent time in Washington, DC, speaking with lawmakers on behalf of the banking industry. She is also a graduate of the Perry School of Banking, Class of 2023, where she served as Class President.
In her community, Leia currently serves as President of the Board of Directors of the Junior League of Lansing. In 2025, she was named to the inaugural “40 Over 40” class by the International Junior League, an honor recognizing outstanding members who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, service, and impact in their communities and careers. Leia also serves on the board of the Mason Chamber of Commerce, contributing her expertise to local business development and economic initiatives.
Outside of work, Leia enjoys spending time with her three daughters, her pride and joy. They enjoy skiing, riding dirt bikes and quads, and exploring Michigan’s beaches.
