COVID 19 Business Planning Guide

Covid 19 (Coronavirus) Business Planning Guide

With growing public concern over the 2019 Novel Coronavirus and the potential the virus has for disruption, including critical business operations, Dart Bank is closely monitoring the ever-evolving situation.

Like many of your organizations, our team is reviewing our Business Continuity Plan; and making any changes that we need to be able to operate effectively. If the need arises to work remotely, or from one of our various office locations, we do not anticipate any interruption to banking services in the event of a true pandemic.

As your community bank and business partner, we have developed a page on our website with resources that may be helpful in your planning, or for general information in regard to this issue. You can find this at dart.bank/coronavirus.

In addition, we are also staying informed through regulatory agencies, and various public health organizations to monitor the situation on a daily basis (access michigan.gov/coronavirus to learn what Michigan is doing to address COVID-19).

Please give us a call at (517) 676-3661 (8 a.m. ‐ 5:30 p.m. ET Monday ‐ Friday; 9 a.m. ‐ 1 p.m. ET Saturday), so that we can review our relationship and see if there is any way we can help you be prepared, if and when the need arises. We would like to talk with you in advance of your need, as our systems may require lead time in order to provide you with the requested services.

We thank you for your confidence in us as your financial institution, and want to assure you that we are preparing to continue to provide the fast and reliable relationship banking that you have come to depend on.
