Melanie Squires brings more than 23 years of experience in the banking industry to her role as Vice President, Office Manager, and Treasury Management Officer at Dart Bank’s Grand Ledge branch. Known for her relationship-first leadership style, Melanie leads day-to-day branch operations while helping business clients manage their cash flow, improve efficiency, and meet their financial goals.
Throughout her career, Melanie has built a well-rounded background that includes consumer lending, commercial loan support, business banking, and cash management. She spent nearly eight years with Dart Bank earlier in her career and is proud to be back serving the Grand Ledge community alongside a team that shares her commitment to personalized service.
Melanie Squires is a graduate of the Perry School of Banking and a member of the inaugural Leadership Lansing class. She also serves on the board of Junior Achievement of Mid-Michigan, where she’s passionate about supporting financial literacy and youth development in the region.
