Mark has been with the credit department team since joining Dart Bank in 1985. His duties include commercial lending and establishing and enhancing relationships with community clients and business owners. He has 38 years of experience in lending and takes pleasure in helping his customers accomplish their goals. His specialty is working with professional service groups, including independent health care providers, and service providers. He also assists small business owners finance real estate purchases and construction projects.
Mark received his business degree from Lansing Community College and his Perry Banking School Certificate and Commercial Lending Certification from the Michigan Banking Association. He has attended numerous finance trainings throughout his 38 years of banking.

Devin has been with Dart Bank since 2006 and brings almost 25 years banking/lending experience. Prior to Dart Bank, Devin’s career began with a community bank in West Michigan. Devin has held positions in retail banking, loan operations, consumer and residential lending before transitioning into commercial and agricultural lending.
Devin is a graduate of Alma College, Central Michigan’s Robert M. Perry School of Banking, where he earned the Outstanding Student Award, the Kansas and Nebraska’s School of Agricultural Lending and Advanced Agricultural lending, and the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin in Madison. Devin is a member and past President of the Grand Ledge Rotary.
Outside of Dart Bank, Devin enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Kassie Rhodes joined the Dart Bank team in 2015. She is a Vice President and Commercial Relationship Manager and is responsible for generating and servicing business relationships. She has over 22 years of commercial banking experience, which includes lending in the areas of small business, commercial and Industrial, commercial real estate and in the non-profit sector. She has participated in financing for affordable and low-income housing projects.
Kassie is a graduate of Michigan State University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance. She is active in the community and holds positions on various local boards and committees. In her spare time she likes to golf and spend time with her family up north.

Adam joined Dart Bank in 2015 and works out of the Frandor Office. His primary duties include business lending and establishing and enhancing relationships with local community members, partners, and businesses. Adam has over 12 years of banking experience with the majority of that time spent in community banking.
Adam received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from Albion College where he also played baseball and football. He is also set to graduate from the Graduate School of Banking- Wisconsin this May and is a graduate of the Robert M Perry School of Banking. In his spare time, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children.

John has been with Dart Bank for almost 14 years in the role of Vice President/Commercial Lender. He takes pride in delivering the Dart Difference to his customers, and serving the local community in many ways.
John earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of Arts & Letters at Michigan State University in 1986. He is devoted to his family and faith and community, serving in various volunteer roles over the years.

Dan joined Dart Bank in March of 2021 and brings 15 years of Community Banking experience. Dan began his career with a community bank in the Lansing area. Holding positions first in retail, mortgage lending, & consumer lending, he later made the transition to Commercial Lending.
His duties include business lending, and establishing relationships that benefit the customer’s needs.
Dan earned his bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University in 1992. He enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his three children, biking, skiing or sailing. He has been with the Ronald McDonald House of Mid-Michigan as a Board Member for over 10 years.
